Our corporate and private accounts simplify your reservations.
- Monthly Itemized Statements
- Invoices are itemized and show passenger names with pick-up and
drop-off dates, time, and addresses. Tolls and parking fees, if any, are
included on invoices in addition to livery costs.
- Passenger Profiles
- The first time an account is opened an individual passenger profile is
created. This includes name, addresses, phone numbers, and billing information.
To custom tailor your profile we include any special instructions you may have.
This saves time for you, improves billing accuracy, and allows Mizuma Limousine
to give each client the personal attention you demand.
In order to apply for an account, an application form must be completed and
returned to Mizuma Limousine. One can be printed from the Form (text file) at the bottom
of this page.
